The DATAcated Creator Portal is run by DATAcated Inc. We use it to run creator campaigns for our clients. This page explains what we store, why, and who can see it. Questions go to kate@datacated.com.

What we store

• Your profile: your name, email, a short headline, follower counts, topics, the regions you reach and any away dates you add.
• Your campaign work: the deliverables you've agreed to do, links to your live posts, posting dates, the numbers you report (impressions, engagements, comments) and any analytics screenshots you upload.
• Sign-in: your email, when you last signed in, and a record of your sessions. Sign-in links and codes are stored only as one-way hashes. There are no passwords.
• Google sign-in: if you choose it, we use only your verified email address from Google to match your account. We don't store anything else from your Google account and we don't share it.
• An activity log of changes in the portal, so nothing gets lost and mistakes can be undone.
• Client report links: the time a report is viewed. We don't store IP addresses.
• Link clicks: when someone clicks a creator's tracked short link (a link starting with /go/), we add one to that link's count for the day. Clicks are counted per day with no personal data: no IP address, no browser details, no cookies and nothing about who clicked. So one person can't inflate the count, we keep a scrambled code made from the IP address for two minutes and then delete it. Link previews and bots are not counted.

We don't store payment, bank or tax details. There are no ads and no tracking cookies. We use one cookie to keep you signed in.

Why we store it

To match creators to campaigns, show you your tasks, remind you when something is due, and report results to the client whose campaign you worked on.

Who can see it

• You see your own tasks and profile. Other creators can't see your details.
• DATAcated (Kate Strachnyi) sees everything in the portal.
• Clients see, through a private link from Kate, the campaign they paid for: creator names, headlines, topics, follower counts, your LinkedIn profile link, post links, posting dates and post numbers. Clients never see your email or other contact details or your away dates.
• Service providers that run the portal for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), Resend (sending portal emails), Google (only if you use Google sign-in) and Anthropic (reads an analytics screenshot you upload so the numbers fill in for you). They process data only to provide their service.

Emails

The portal emails you sign-in links, new tasks, approvals and reminders. Each email goes to you only. Replies go to Kate.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you work with DATAcated. Nightly backups are kept for 90 days.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time. To get a copy of your data, or to have it deleted, email kate@datacated.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
